Glynn Snellgrove trained under Ustad Imrat Khan at Dartington College U.K and later under Ustad Asad Ali Khan on the traditional rudra veena. He is now studying the Dagar Bani on the rudra veena from Ashish Sankrityayan and has performed with him in several concerts in Europe. He conducts regular workshops for students of the Rudra Veena and vocal dhrupad in Germany. He is a skilled craftsman and is seen here playing a Rudra Veena that he himself made.
